The staff was friendly, and I loved the daily towel art they created.
Unfortunately, the room was quite noisy. We could hear conversations from the hallway and street noise at night.

Outstanding staff. Very pleasent room. Great location. Breakfast at the cafe on the square in front is reasonable but lacks sympathy.
Little soundproof.

The noise from the street and hallways is disruptive!!! More soundproofing is essential for a more restful experience. The safe doesn't operate properly and the room ventilation needs a serious upgrade!!!

The staff was extremely helpful - charming, multilingual (Spanish, English, French, all with ease) and the room, while small, was very clean, nicely (and interestingly) decorated, and had a comfortable bed and good A/C. The Wi-Fi was free, and had a good signal. Despite being just off Gran Via, it was quiet. It is easy to miss, but certainly worth it - I was alone, but stayed in a double room, which would have been fine for two people. The towels were clean (and human-sized). They even provided a complimentary bottle of Cava! Breakfast is included, and rather than being some crappy bit of coffee and old pastry in the lobby, it was a voucher for a nearby bar (which had a nice selection of food).

Everything was great and rooms were cheap and spotless. Location: the hotel was short walk to the center of shopping, all shops are and eating places in the vicinity.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and I
Appreciated the daily towel changes. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to explore Madrid, although the breakfast spot being a short walk away felt slightly inconvenient. Particularly Johanna at the front desk.

It was right in the center of everything. It was very clean. The staff was helpful and everything is new and pretty. Pretty view of a small plaza, not loud though.
The walls are a little thin, so you can hear everyone.

Perfect location for exploring Madrid
The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from Puerta del Sol and plenty of eateries. The staff was friendly and provided a handy map to navigate the area.
Be prepared for some noise from the plumbing. It can be quite intrusive at times, especially at night. The external signage could be better for first-time visitors.

Tastefully decorated small double room with private bathroom. Amazing and fantastic location close to Casino de Madrid. Also - near bustling Gran Via, centre, and touristic places like Sol.
